Project Overview
Every coaching business runs into the same wall: the transformation happens on the call, and the coach only has so many hours on camera. Members get one session a week if they are lucky, drift in between, and a one-time program earns a one-time payment. Meanwhile the coach answers the same questions on Zoom, again and again, in one language, in one timezone.
This demo shows the other way. We take the instructor's face, voice, and method, and build an AI version of them that is on camera whenever a member needs it. Not a chatbot with the coach's name on it, but a video-first coach members can actually sit across from, exactly like joining a Zoom call, at 6am before work or 11pm after the kids are down.
The course content becomes interactive video: the instructor teaches, pauses to ask the member a question, listens to the answer, and coaches through it before the lesson moves on. The same avatar speaks 30+ languages in the coach's own voice, so one recording session serves a global membership. And when a member goes quiet, the nudge that brings them back is not a push notification; it is a short video of their coach, looking at the camera, recorded for them.
Then there is the part members never see, and the part working coaches tell us they want most: the system remembers everything so the coach does not have to. Every live consultation and AI session is recorded and transcribed into a per-member library. The AI reads those transcripts alongside the member's lesson sessions and keeps a running picture of how each person is really doing in their journey: where momentum is building, where they are stuck, what they mentioned in passing three calls ago. Before the next 1:1, the coach opens a one-page brief instead of scrambling through old notes, and when a member's pattern shifts, the system says so and suggests the personal reach-out that would land. The AI does not replace the coach's closeness; it is what makes that closeness possible at two hundred members.
Behind the camera, the coach gets a calm dashboard of membership health: who is on track, who is slowing, who is at risk, and who is ready for the next tier, each flag answered with a one-click personal video. Design and Build Process
Building the Instructor's Avatar
From a short on-camera session we build a photoreal avatar of the instructor with cloned voice and natural lip-sync, then test it side by side with real footage until members cannot tell where the recording ends and the avatar begins.
Capturing the Method and Voice
The curriculum and session recordings become a structured knowledge base: the frameworks, the sequence, and the phrasing the coach actually uses. This is what the avatar draws on, so it coaches on-method and never drifts into generic advice.
